Welcome to Pheriwala. By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing products through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Buyer Terms & Conditions.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Buyers must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws.
The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.
The Buyer shall provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal, billing, and delivery information.
Products listed on the Platform are offered by independent Sellers. Pheriwala does not manufacture or own the products unless specifically stated.
All prices displayed are determined by the respective Seller and may change without prior notice.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation according to the selected payment method.
Buyers agree to pay the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees.
Estimated delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to logistics, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Buyers should inspect the package immediately upon delivery and report any visible damage or shortage promptly.
Returns shall be accepted only if they comply with the Platform's Return Policy and the Seller's approved return conditions.
The Buyer must return the exact same product received from the Seller. The returned item must be unused (unless covered by warranty), complete, and include all original accessories, packaging, labels, manuals, invoices, and free gifts (if any).
If a Buyer returns a different, damaged, fake, used, altered, or incomplete product instead of the original item supplied by the Seller, the return request may be rejected. Pheriwala may suspend the Buyer's account, recover losses, or take legal action where permitted by law.
Refunds shall be processed only after successful inspection and approval of the returned product in accordance with the applicable return policy.
Orders may be cancelled only within the permitted cancellation period and subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
Buyers shall not misuse the Platform, harass Sellers, post false reviews, or engage in fraudulent activities.
Buyers should provide honest, fair, and lawful reviews based on their genuine purchase experience.
Buyers shall not attempt to manipulate prices, misuse promotional offers, create fake accounts, or violate any applicable law.
All trademarks, logos, graphics, and content displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.
Buyer information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy.
Pheriwala acts as a marketplace connecting Buyers and Sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pheriwala shall not be liable for disputes arising from product quality, merchantability, warranties, or Seller performance, except where required by applicable law.
The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pheriwala from losses arising from the Buyer's misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
Pheriwala reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Buyer account involved in fraud, abuse, policy violations, fake returns, payment fraud, or unlawful activities.
Pheriwala shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.
Pheriwala reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing such resolution, the matter shall be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction as specified by Pheriwala.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and Pheriwala regarding the use of the Platform.
